A fire damaged an apartment building in the Lincoln Heights area Monday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 200 block of South Avenue 19 at 12:11 p.m. extinguished the flames in 11 minutes, said Shawn Lenske of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
