Sheriff’s detectives at the Palmdale station asked for help Tuesday in finding three home-invasion robbers who knocked a man out of a wheelchair and took about $1,000 in cash from him.

The Aug. 31 crime at the Wright Brothers Court apartments at 503 East Avenue Q3 about 2 p.m., when the victim answered a knock on his door, and two strangers pushed their way in, knocking the man out of his wheelchair.

The robbers took the man’s cell phone, a mini safe, personal identification and about $1,000 in cash, Deputy Jodi Wolfe said.

A woman accomplice held open an elevator during the holdup, Wolfe said. Anyone with more information about the crime was asked to call deputies at (661) 272-2446.

Separately, deputies sought 33-year-old Jesus Davalos on suspicion of indecent exposure He is 6 feet 1 inches tall, weighs 230 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He is known to frequent the 36000 block of Dewdrop Court in Palmdale. Anyone with more information was asked to call detectives at (661) 272-2475.
