El Segundo police on Monday released photos of three “distinctive bicycles” recovered during the arrest of a burglary suspect in hopes of locating the owners.

Detectives believe the bikes were stolen during burglaries of several El Segundo carports. Sgt. Hugo Perez said that one of two suspects taken into custody today was in possession of all three bicycles when arrested.

One of the bicycles was a black beach cruiser, a Huffy, with whitewall tires and a basket on the handlebars; another was a Schwinn black mountain bike; and the third was a burgundy-colored tricycle, also a Schwinn.

The two suspects in custody were identified as Eric Eduardo Narajo, 23, and Jimmie Deshaun Sells, 36, both of Compton, Perez said.

Anyone who can provide proof of ownership of the bikes was asked to call (310) 524-2258.
