Detectives in the Los Angeles Police Department’s Foothill Division on Tuesday issued a composite drawing of a suspect who exposed himself to two children in Pacoima.
The man was about 10 feet from the children in the 12000 block of Osborne Place on Oct. 15 when he pulled down his pants and exposed himself to the children.
The suspect was described as a Latino in his 30s or possibly his 40s.
A similar thing occurred with a suspect matching the same description in June.
