Firefighters on Friday came to the aid of a hiker who reported a medical problem while in a hilly area of Griffith Park.
Crews sent to 2700 block of North Canyon Drive about 10:35 a.m. brought the man to a safe area, where he was examined and released after it was determined that he was OK, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
His name was not released.
