A Monterey Park man was charged Wednesday with lewd acts on two 10-year-old boys he allegedly molested on separate occasions in the restroom of an Arcadia restaurant.

Kwan Yven Chow, 31, is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday at the Pasadena courthouse two counts of lewd acts on a child under 14.

The crimes allegedly occurred Saturday and Monday at Dave & Buster’s at the Westfield Santa Anita shopping mall.

The second alleged victim “notified his mother soon after the incident had occurred. The mother chased the suspect as he left the restroom, which alerted the business managers of Dave & Buster’s,” according to an Arcadia police statement.

Chow was detained Monday by security personnel at the mall until police arrived.

In the course of the investigation, detectives identified another 10- year-old boy who Chow allegedly fondled in the eatery’s restroom.

Investigators “are looking for additional victims who may have experienced similar circumstances in or around the men’s bathroom at Dave & Buster’s within the recent past,” police said.

Chow is jailed in lieu of $200,000 bail, and prosecutors are expected to ask that it be increased to $1.2 million.

If convicted, he could face up to life in prison, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
