Authorities identified a man who was fatally shot in South Los Angeles.

The shooting, which also left two other people wounded, occurred about 7 p.m. Monday at 47th Street and Vermont Avenue, said Officer Janet Kim of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section.
Joseph Bush Jr., 36, died at a hospital, said coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter. The other victims — described only as a male and a female — suffered wounds that were not life-threatening, Kim said.
