A 22-year-old Pomona man was charged Tuesday with attempted murder in connection with the shooting of a 17-year-old.
Dennis Frazier saw the victim in the 1800 block of South Reservoir Street about 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, waited to confront him and then shot him numerous times, according to Pomona police.
Detectives quickly identified the suspect as Frazier, who was arrested without incident on Friday.
A search of his house was made and the motive was determined to be personal. The victim, who is now listed as stable, and Frazier knew each other personally.
