A suspect suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a deputy-involved shooting in Lancaster Thursday.
Homicide detectives were dispatched about 4:05 p.m. to the 1400 block of Indian Sage Road to investigate the shooting, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
No deputies were injured in what Deputy Grace Medrano of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau called a “deputy involved hit shooting.”
The male suspect was in custody, she said.
