Four people were injured, two seriously, during a two- vehicle crash Friday in Arleta.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the scene of the crash at 14250 Terra Bella St. at 9:37 a.m., he said.
A 32-year-old woman — who had to be extricated from the wreckage — and a 32-year-old man inside one vehicle suffered serious injuries. An 8-year-old boy suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
An 18-year-old in the other vehicle suffered a minor injury. All the injured were transported to area hospitals, Scott said.
