A 24-year-old woman was killed Wednesday night and three other people were injured in a solo vehicle accident on the San Fernando Road on-ramp to the westbound Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway.
The collision occurred at 6:35 p.m., said Katherine Main of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The other injuries were not regarded as life threatening, Main said.
The collision is under investigation, California Highway Patrol Officer Patrick Kimball said.
