A motorist spinning tight circles in a dirt lot at Kanan and Agoura roads in Agoura Hills lost control of his vehicle and it flipped over once before it landed on its wheels.
Deputies found the flipped vehicle shortly before noon Wednesday. They quickly determined the driver was drunk and his ability to drive had been greatly impaired, according to Heather Fuquay of the Malibu-Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station.
The driver was publicly identified only as a male, and was taken to a hospital to be checked out and then arrested.
