Long Beach police asked for the public’s help Tuesday in finding a 16-year-old girl last seen on Monday.
Audrey Hanna Askin is white, about 5 feet 5 inches and 145 pounds, with dark hair and eyes. She was wearing a gray, hooded sweater, black sweat pants, and black-and-white shoes.
Audrey was last seen about 1:30 p.m. Monday walking alone on Lakewood Boulevard near Long Beach Airport, police said. She has gone missing before, but for short periods of time, police said.
“In the previous instances when she has been missing, she would appear within a couple of hours,” police said. “She has attempted suicide via drug overdose in the past.”
