A 28-year-old man was critically injured after he was shot in a trailer park in Pomona, police said Thursday.
The shooting was reported at 7:46 p.m. in the 1700 block of east Mission Boulevard, said Lt. Chuck Becker of the Pomona Police Department.
The victim was sitting in a parked car when he was shot, Becker said.
The man was hospitalized with critical, but stable injuries, the lieutenant said.
It’s unknown how many gunmen were involved and a suspect description was not immediately available.
A motive for the shooting was also not known, Becker said.
An investigation was ongoing.
