A compact car and a big rig collided head in Huntington Park Friday, killing a man, authorities said.
It happened in the 2100 block of East Slauson Avenue around 2 a.m., said Huntington Park police Sgt. John Navarrette.
Rember Alexander Lopez Guido, 26, died at the scene, said coroner’s Chief Craig Harvey. His home town was not known.
The cause of the crash was under investigation, and it was not known if drugs or alcohol were involved, Navarrette said.
