The death of a 4-month-old boy in Lancaster was under investigation Monday morning.
The infant — identified by the coroner’s office as Jordan Murphy — was transported from the 44000 block of Division Street to a hospital, where he died about 3 p.m. Sunday, according to the coroner’s office and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
An autopsy was pending to determine his cause of death, said coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter.
