Authorities Thursday identified a Santa Ana man who was killed when the vehicle he was driving collided with another in Pomona.
The crash occurred about 6:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 4000 block of Valley Boulevard near the driveway to an industrial complex, Pomona police said.
The dead man was identified as 25-year-old Eric Savengrith, said coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter. He died at a hospital.
The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene, and was interviewed by police. Anyone with information on the crash was urged to call police at (909) 620-2081.
