A sheriff’s deputy was injured Tuesday when his patrol car crashed in Diamond Bar, authorities said.
Paramedics sent to Grand Avenue and Diamond Bar Boulevard about 12:30 p.m. took the deputy to a hospital, said sheriff’s Lt. Ed Wells of the Walnut/Diamond Bar Station. The severity of his injuries was not immediately known.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
