A 19-year-old man with the mental capacity of a 3-year-old went missing in El Monte Friday, according to police.
Jason Guillen was last seen in the 10900 block of the Valley Mall about 10:15 a.m. He was wearing a white “Hollister” T-shirt and gray pants, according to police, who said he often wears a Santa hat.
Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts was urged to contact El Monte police at (626) 580-2100.
