A 22-year-old man was arrested Monday after allegedly brandishing a handgun at someone in Pomona who saw he was armed and said authorities would be called.
James Dean Bunch of Pomona was arrested about 9:25 a.m. and booked on suspicion of making criminal threats and possession of a handgun, according to Pomona police.
Bunch allegedly brandished a handgun on Saturday in the 1800 block of Cordova Street and then fled, police said.
Someone was also seen near the same area holding a gun on Dec. 3. Officers located a gun on that occasion and it has been connected with Bunch, police said.
Bunch is also being investigated for several other incidents in Pomona, police said.
