A motorcyclist was killed after falling off the bike in traffic on the Riverside (91) Freeway and being hit by a vehicle, the California Highway Patrol said Saturday.
The motorcyclist was later identified as Stasek Onikul, 41, of Corona, according to the Coroner’s Office.
The apparent accident occurred at 7:30 p.m. Friday, on the eastbound Riverside Freeway approaching the Corona (15) Freeway interchange, the CHP said.
Paramedics rushed Onikul to Kaiser Hospital in Riverside, where he died from his injuries at 8:25 p.m. Friday, according to the Coroner’s Office.
