A 15-year-old Montebello girl who apparently ran away after an argument with her mother was located safe at a friend’s house Friday, police said.
On Wednesday morning, Iris Ivette Orellana quarrelled with her mother, who later dropped the teenager off at school. When she arrived to pick up her daughter after school, the teen was not there, according to Montebello police.
Orellano was found this afternoon at the home of a friend, police said.
