A 60-year-old woman was injured in Lincoln Heights on Sunday morning when she was struck by a car that left the scene, police said.
The victim was hit about 8 a.m. at the intersection of Pasadena Avenue and San Fernando Road, according to the Los Angeles Police Department‘s Central Traffic Division.
The woman was taken to a hospital, but her condition was not available tonight.
Police were looking for a gray, older-model BMW with paper plates, an officer said.
