Police Saturday sought the public’s help in finding two girls, age 11 and 16, in two separate cases, who both disappeared Friday.

In the Koreatown area, Madelyn Rosales, 11, was last seen about 6:40 p.m Friday in the 100 block of Vermont Avenue, according to a news statement from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section.

Rosales was described as a 5-foot tall, 140-pound Hispanic girl with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray sweater and black leggings, according to the statement.

In the Boyle Heights, Samone Magee, 16, was last seen about 11 p.m Friday in the 2000 block of Zonal Avenue. Magee suffers from a medical condition that requires daily medication.

She was described as a 5-foot, 5-inch tall black female weighing 185 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, pink pants, a blue and black jacket and gray tennis shoes.

Police asked anyone with any information Rosales’ or Magee’s whereabouts to call (877) 527-3247.
