Power was knocked out Tuesday to more than 2,000 Department of Water and Power customers in Venice when wires blew down.
The wires blew down at 1501 Lincoln Blvd. at 5:37 p.m., said the agency’s Carol Tucker.
There was no estimate when power would be restored, but Tucker said she expected it would be by the end of the night.
