Authorities Monday identified a motorcyclist who was killed in a collision in Tarzana with a car, whose driver also was killed.
The crash happened at the intersection of Collins Street at Reseda Boulevard about 11 p.m. Sunday, said Los Angeles police Officer O. Arriaga. The car’s driver — a woman in her 60s — and the motorcyclist were pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
The motorcyclist was identified as Sergio Olaguez, 30, of Tarzana, said coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter. The woman’s name was withheld, pending family notification. The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
