A man fatally shot at a bus stop in South Gate was identified Thursday.
It happened about 11 p.m. Monday at California and Michigan avenues, sheriff’s Deputy Amber Smith said.
Isaiah Equihua, 22, died at a hospital Tuesday afternoon, according to coroner’s Chief Craig Harvey.
Sheriff’s homicide detectives assisted South Gate police in the investigation. No arrests were reported.
