The visibility of airport police at the Los Angeles International Airport has increased Saturday, possibly in response to a nationwide threat from the Islamic extremist rebel group, ISIS, officials said.
“There are no specific threats to LAX. We are constantly adjusting our deployment strategies, and as a precaution, have increased the visibility of airport police,” according to a statement from Los Angeles World Airports, the airport oversight and operations department for the city of Los Angeles.
