Los Angeles County firefighters took 22 minutes to douse a fire that damaged two units of an apartment building Friday in Santa Clarita, authorities said.
Firefighters dispatched at 1:27 p.m. to Rainbow Glen Drive, off Soledad Canyon Road, found that smoke was spewing from two apartments on the structure’s second floor.
The blaze was knocked down at 1:49 p.m., county Fire Inspector Randall Wright said.
No injuries were reported, Wright said.
