Lanes in both directions of the Foothill (210) Freeway in Arcadia re-opened early Tuesday, hours after a car-carrying big rig whose driver lost control struck multiple vehicles.
The collision occurred on the eastbound lanes of the freeway at 7:10 p.m. Monday near North Santa Anita Avenue, the California Highway Patrol reported.
At least one person was hospitalized, CHP Officer Francisco Villalobos said.
The eastbound big rig crashed through the center divider of the freeway, according to the CHP. The lanes re-opened around 12:40 a.m.
