Five people were stabbed and four hospitalized after a fight over a parking space in Lynwood early Saturday.

The incident occurred at 1:40 a.m. near the intersection of Long Beach and Tweedy boulevards, Los Angeles County Sheriff‘s Lt. Cal Gallegos said.

All four hospitalized victims were in stable condition, Gallegos said.

One person was arrested for assault, but the stabbing suspect remained at large, he said.

The suspect was described as an adult male.
