Another underground electrical vault explosion has occurred in downtown Long Beach, police say. Police are urging people to avoid the area of roughly Seventh Street and Pine. Mayor Robert Garcia says power is out in the area and he has already been on the phone with Southern California Edison, calling the situation “unacceptable.”
