
A suspicious package addressed to a bank was found in a mail room at a Century City office building Wednesday, prompting an evacuation of two floors of the building and a bomb squad response, police said.
The package was reported at 1:31 p.m. in a multi-tenant building at 2000 Avenue of the Stars, said Officer Jack Richter of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations section.

He would not name the bank, but it was identified in news reports as Deutsche Bank.
The building also houses the Los Angeles offices of Creative Artists Agency.
Two floors of the office building were evacuated, Richter said.
As of 4:30 p.m., the investigation was continuing.
