A man was critically wounded in a shooting inside a North Hollywood residence Monday morning, a police sergeant said.
It happened at 2:25 a.m. in the 7900 block of Coldwater Canyon Avenue, said Sgt. R. Morales of the Los Angeles Police Department’s North Hollywood Station.
The man was taken to a hospital where he was in surgery, Morales said. Officers were standing by at the residence preserving the crime scene.
No suspects were in custody, he said.
