Four people escaped with only minor injuries Sunday when their car fell over the side of a mountain road above Glendora.

“We had to hoist them up via two helicopters,” according to county fire department dispatcher.

Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 12:33 a.m. to the crash, in the area of Glendora Mountain Road and Glendora Ridge Mountain Way, he said.

Paramedics took all four people to area hospitals with minor injuries, he said.
