A man was found shot to death in Lakewood, authorities said.
The body was found in the San Gabriel Riverbed, north of Carson Street, according to Deputy Amber Smith of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene Saturday, Smith said. No further details were immediately available.
Sheriff’s homicide detectives asked anyone with information regarding the shooting death to call them at (323) 890-5500.
