Maybe residents slept through it, or maybe they were jolted awake early Friday morning as a magnitude-3.0 earthquake rattled parts of San Bernardino County, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
The earthquake occurred at 3:32 a.m. at a depth of around 7 miles, its epicenter four miles north-northwest of Fontana, according to a computer- generated report from the U.S. Geological Survey.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
