
County firefighters needed 40 minutes to knock down a fire Tuesday morning that burned one store inside a strip mall in Duarte.
The blaze at the mall located at 1366 Huntington Drive was reported at 11:47 p.m. Monday, Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Kyle Sanford said.
A knockdown was declared at 12:27 a.m., Sanford said.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remained under investigation, Sanford said.
