Police Sunday said a task force composed of Pomona police officers and investigators from the District Attorney’s Office rounded up eight gang members as a part of gang enforcement detail that targeted problem areas throughout the city on Saturday.
The gang members were booked into the Pomona City Jail on a variety of charges that included warrants, drug violations and a shotgun, the Pomona Police Department reported.
The Pomona Police Department had no other immediate information.
