Man shot in Pacoima, suspect still at-large

A man was shot in Pacoima Tuesday and taken to a hospital.

The shooting occurred at 5:47 p.m. in the 13000 block of Hoyt Street, said Los Angeles Police Department Officer Matthew Ludwig.

The man’s condition was not known. There was no specific suspect information except that the suspect was driving a dark colored SUV.

It was not clear if the shooting was from a car or from the street. It also was not known if a gang relationship was involved, Ludwig said.
