A body was found Saturday inside a laundromat in South Los Angeles.
Paramedics were dispatched at 12:21 a.m. to the 7300 block of South Figueroa Street on a report of a person down, but transported no one to any area hospital, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A watch commander at the LAPD’s 77th Station had no immediate information about the death.
According to sources at the scene, the discovery of the body was made by an employee who had apparently lived at the business.
