A 29-year-old transient accused of killing a woman he was dating whose body was found in a West Hollywood trash bin is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday on a murder charge.

Abdulla Tario Camran was arrested Tuesday in Pomona in connection with the death of 28-year-old Joie Nicole Kinney, whose body was discovered July 6 in the 8700 block of Beverly Boulevard. Prosecutors said the pair were dating when Kinney was killed.

Camran is being held in lieu of $2 million bail. He was charged in a felony arrest warrant complaint on July 14. He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday at the Airport Branch Courthouse.

Authorities have not said how Kinney was killed.

Camran faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
