Police Tuesday circulated photos of a 76-year-old woman suffering from Alzheimer’s disease who failed to return to her South Los Angeles home.
Lena Mae Wiggins was last seen about 4 p.m. Monday at her residence in the 11800 block of South Figueroa Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Wiggins is black, 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighs about 105 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a white head scarf, a white and tan medical scrub shirt, blue jeans and tan sandals.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts was urged to call the LAPD’s Missing Person’s Unit at (213) 996-1800 and ask for Detective Saiza. After-hours and weekend calls should be directed to (877) LAPD-24-7.
