A former USC student dropped her allegations against four ex-members of the Trojan baseball team named in a lawsuit that alleged the four conspired to make and distribute a video of her having sex with one of the players.

Mary Bajo, an attorney for the plaintiff — identified only as Jenna Doe — filed a request for dismissal of her client’s case on Aug. 8. The filing did not state whether a settlement was reached or if Doe was not pursuing the case for other reasons.

Bajo did not immediately return a call for comment Monday.

The suit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court in May 2015 and named as defendants pitchers Marc Huberman and Sean Adler and outfielder Vahn Bozoian.

Former USC pitcher Shane Gonzales was named as an additional defendant in May.

Huberman was chosen in the 18th round of this year’s Major League Baseball draft by the Chicago Cubs.

The woman’s lawsuit stated that she was a star softball player in high school and a “passionate fan of the game of baseball.” She and Bozoian met in February 2012 and later began a relationship with consensual sex, the suit stated.

However, in March 2013, the three players agreed to secretly make a video — without her consent — of her and Bozoian being intimate, the suit alleged.

Bozoian told Adler that the woman was on her way and he hid in the room while she and Bozoian had sex, the suit alleged.

The trio distributed the video “to the general public including … other members of the baseball team,” according to the lawsuit.

The plaintiff sought counseling that night and postponed her final exams because she was unable to focus, her lawsuit states. She was “taunted and harassed” on campus the next semester by other students who saw the video, and withdrew from several classes, according to her court papers.
