A motorcyclist was critically injured Tuesday in a collision with a car in Glendale.
The crash was reported about 10:35 a.m. on Verdugo Road at Calle Vaquero, according to Tahnee Lightfoot of the Glendale Police Department.
The name and age of the rider, who was taken to a hospital, were not immediately released.
The driver of the car involved in the crash stopped at the scene and cooperated with investigators, Lightfoot said.
The crash closed Verdugo Road in both directions. The southbound side reopened about 2 p.m. and the northbound side about 90 minutes later, police said.
