
Authorities are looking Tuesday for a man who stabbed two people on a Metro bus in South Los Angeles.
The incident was reported at 8:56 p.m. Monday in the area of Figueroa Street and East Imperial Highway.

Witnesses said the suspect stabbed two victims aboard the bus and then exited at the Harbor Station, where he took off running, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Transit Services Bureau.
The victims were taken to a hospital. Their conditions were not immediately released.
The man also was suspected of attacking another person near the bus stop with a bottle, authorities said. His motive was not clear.
