A man was shot and killed Wednesday in Commerce.
The shooting was reported about 3:30 p.m. in the 4600 block of Noakes Street, according to Deputy Ryan Rouzan of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Deputies responding to a report of a gunshot victim found the man “in the passenger portion” of a vehicle, Rouzan said.
The man, whose name was not immediately released pending identification by the coroner’s office, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Rouzan, who said homicide bureau detectives were dispatched to investigate.
