A 20-year-old Placentia woman and her 2-year-old nephew, who went missing Wednesday, were found unharmed Thursday.
Jennifer Ledezma and Adrian Rocko Ledezma Spence were reported missing by family members Wednesday, according to the Placentia Police Department.
Ledezma got lost driving home and ended up in San Clemente, where she called authorities for help, police said. Sheriff’s deputies tracked her down and notified Placentia police, and both were reunited with their family, police said.
There was no word of where the two spent the night.
