Firefighters put out a blaze in the top level of a split-level Highland Park home Saturday, authorities said.
It was reported at 2:32 p.m. at 125 South Avenue 60, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey.
The blaze was reported out at 3:10 p.m., Humphrey said.
Two adults evacuated from the home declined to receive care from LAFD paramedics, he said.
The cause and amount of loss were still to be determined, Humphrey said.
