Two men were arrested Saturday in Sherman Oaks, suspected of burglarizing a home and fleeing in the victim’s car, authorities said.
The burglary was reported at 12:20 p.m. in the 15400 block of Vista Haven Place, said Officer Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section.
The suspects allegedly took property from the home, including the victim’s car, and were traced to the area of Ventura Boulevard and Kester Avenue where the vehicle was abandoned and a perimeter was set up, Lopez said.
The suspects were caught at about 2:30 p.m., he said.
